Join Rumi Ghosh in her kitchen in the heart of Kolkata and learn to cook nutritious & delicious Paneer and Mix Dal recipes. This would prove to be an excellent class for learning unique techniques that every home chef needs to master.
Our cooking classes are brought to you live directly from the chef’s kitchens across the country, sharing their original, often their families’, recipes.

Ingredients & Preparation:
Before coming to online cookery classes, don’t forget to keep the following ingredients ready (pre-measured and prepared) for a seamless cooking experience. You should boil Arhar (pigeon pea or toor) and Green Moong dal and chop your vegetables in advance (roughly 15 -20mins before the start of the class). Keep the dal warm for the class.

Rumi Ghosh Basu is a famous chef from Kolkata. For the last nine years, she has been running a culinary institution — Modern Art of Cooking. She teaches recreational cooking courses and demonstrates step-by-step techniques to both beginners and advanced cooks. Rumi is a multi-cuisine chef with significant experience cooking Bengali, Mughlai, Chinese, Continental, Italian, North Indian, and Desserts. She also loves preparing Mocktail & Cocktails.
