    Palak Sangal, the founder of Eat Clean Stay Lean Nutrition Consultancy is a certified nutritionist and lifestyle coach. With multiple certifications, degrees in her arsenal and herself being a researcher, she preaches evidence backed nutrition and aims to bring a shift in the societal mindset to break myths around 'dieting'.
    She also believes that one does not need fancy ingredients and imported foods to stay fit rather advocates using their own kitchens as pharmacies.
    She specialises in Indian dietary requirements and helps people reverse or control their PCOD, thyroid, diabetes amongst other ailments. Besides, having over 1000 clients on board from across the world is a testament to their results achieved and kilo's shed.
    Her goal is to educate every Indian on the importance of healthy living and helping them get out of their sedentary black holes and she tries to achieve this by educating people on various social platforms like instagram, facebook and her blogs.
